Below are some tips to think about before you even begin to search for a prospective roommate, and to discuss when you are ready to move forward.
- Discuss any lifestyle issues or concerns.
- Discuss what respective schedules are (school, work, etc.)
- Discuss how utilities that are not covered in the monthly rent will be divided.
- Discuss expectations of keeping your residence clean, who does what chores, how food is purchased and eaten, how loudly music should, guests, and pets.
- Sometimes it is a good idea to put house rules in writing (contract) and all parties sign.

To support its academic mission and the student community, SA国际传媒视频 has constructed affordable and sustainable student housing on the SA国际传媒视频 campus. The project accommodates over 130 full-time students and offers a living-learning environment that supports student development and success.

The housing office will be located on the main floor of the residence hall. Until construction is complete, you can reach out to the temporary location of the housing team located in the Office of Student Life. You can also reach out via phone call, email, or through our website for any information you may need.
